Good afternoon,
I have been trying to rent an appartment in Brussels. I found several nice ones who I contacted by email to. These fake appartments answered telling similar stories of a person who bought his appartment in Brussels and now lives in UK or France. They say this because they want you to "rent" their house using a key messaging agency, who you will have to pay to and then receive the keys after signing the contract. When you go to the place where the appartment should be, after paying the agency, nobody appears and they disappear.
I gave my name, direction and phone no in belgium to one of these, but didnt pay anything becuase I began investigating about this fraud when I saw all 3 similar answer from 3 different appartments telling exact same story with different names and actual living countries.
The agencies who they mentioned are:
HEES IMMO
NOA
They two email directions which im sure that are a fraud are
[email protected]
[email protected] (BALCARCEL MARIA)
[email protected] (Calton Michael Matthew )
My name is Daniel Aragon May. I would like to prevent you and also have a proof of my case if somebody ever contacts me saying that I am doing this kind of fraud as they will probably use my data to play this trick on other people who might do end up paying to the agency.
Thank you for you attention.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL. THEY HAVE MY NAME, PHONE AND ADDRESS. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE A FRAUD.
